Product information and purchase offers

We work to keep listings accurate, but packaging, colors, inventory, and digital presentation may change. An order submitted at checkout is an offer; stock, pricing mistakes, payment, destination, risk review, law, or policy can lead us to reject, limit, or cancel it. Checkout supplies the U.S.-dollar total, taxes, and delivery cost.

Carrier service and after-sale terms

Transit depends on the destination and carrier. Under the Refund Policy, new defective and non-defective products can be returned and exchanges requested within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to approval, the prepaid return label included in the package, no restocking fee, and refund initiation within 10 days after approval. Non-waivable consumer protections continue to apply.
