Delivery coverage and cost

Checkout confirms whether we can serve an address, the available shipping service, its price, and any free-shipping qualification. Some products or destinations may be restricted. Enter a complete and accurate address before submitting payment.

From authorization to arrival

Most orders need approximately 1–2 business days for handling after payment is authorized. Carrier travel is estimated at 4–6 business days after dispatch. Those periods are separate, exclude weekends and applicable holidays, and are estimates rather than promised delivery dates.

Following a parcel

We send tracking to the checkout email when a carrier supplies it. If tracking stalls, reports delivery incorrectly, or the parcel is lost, damaged, or incomplete, write to iyipisuv60@gmail.com. Include the order number, checkout email, tracking code, and useful photographs so we can investigate with the carrier.
