What may be returned

New products may be returned by mail whether or not they are defective, and exchanges are accepted. Contact us no later than 30 calendar days after delivery. A change-of-mind, preference, or wrong-option return must remain new, unused, and in original condition. Damage, defects, incorrect goods, missing components, and material listing differences can also qualify. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Request, review, then mail

Begin by emailing iyipisuv60@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, and reason. Add photos or video for damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect goods. Do not send the parcel until the request is approved and we confirm the correct return address and directions. Exchange or replacement availability depends on review and stock.

The enclosed prepaid label

Each package includes a free prepaid return label for an eligible approved mailed return. Keep it with the packaging; if it is missing or misplaced, ask us for assistance. We charge no restocking fee. Having the label in the box is not permission to skip the approval step.

Returning funds

Once approved, the refund is processed and initiated back to the original payment method within 10 days. Financial institutions can take extra time to display it. Any original outbound shipping charge remains governed by the order terms.
